BBSVarnamala 005 Alpha & Beta

greek copy
alphabeta

Lets see some other languages before we introduce Bhartiy letters. Latin, Spanish, English have the same patterns/symbols to write but the pronunciations are different based on the country. It is very difficult to look at the letter as a design. We are so used to connect it to its sound/pronunciation. I try it many times. Its fun. It has came from Latin (Italy) then the authentic pronunciation of letters are different. The Latin is again derived from the Greek (Greece). That what is known. The Greek letters are the Alpha – Beta.
Bhartiya bhasha calls it Akshar. Because it is not Alpha Beta. The first letter of all worlds’ ‘Alphabeta’ is ‘A’ but pronouced differently. Why the A comes first for all? What is it have so special. Its simple way of opening the mouth and it pops out!
